Most products listed on our website are held in stock at our warehouse in Darwen, UK, and we typically dispatch these within 1–3 working days. Items from our print-on-demand fabric range or products fulfilled from third-party warehouses may take longer to dispatch, with estimated handling times clearly stated on each product page.
Many of the items we sell are reorderable and this is clearly indicated on every product page. A reorderable product is an item that we can regularly restock and make available for future purchases.
This means that even if the product is temporarily out of stock, it is expected to be available again, as it is part of our ongoing core range. In the unlikely event that this should occur, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will strive to minimise any delay wherever possible.
Some of our products are end-of-line, meaning we have limited stock available. Once these items sell out, we won’t be able to restock. These products are clearly indicated on each product page, with an estimate of how much we have in stock.
We always strive to ensure that the indicated stock availability is accurate but in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil any items from our end of line section, a refund will be issued.
You will sometimes find that items disappear on the website. This is usually because we have sold out of this item and it is no longer available.
Please note, our fabrics and trims that are sold per metre/yard are cut from the roll and, where possible, supplied in one continuous length. If we’re unable to send them in a single piece, we’ll contact you. However, if your order consists of multiple pieces that are all over 5 metres long, these will be dispatched as separate pieces to ensure speedy delivery.
