Minerva offer a free UK returns service so you can order with complete confidence.

Subject to exceptions, Minerva is happy to refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, please return the product to us within 30 days of purchase.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment card, if you have used a Minerva Gift Card your refund will automatically be credited to the original gift card.

Any returned items must reach us in unopened, "new" condition with all original packaging present. Please note, fabrics cannot be returned once they have been cut into. Every fabric we ship out from Minerva is cut to order and we make every effort to ensure your fabric reaches you in perfect condition. Problems can slip through on very rare occasions, so please check every item in your order is what you purchased, the correct colour and length, and is free from faults before cutting into or washing. Unfortunately, once a fabric has been washed or cut, we are unable to accept return. Fabric samples and download products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To return any item, please follow the instructions on your return form on how to return a parcel to us. Your return form can be found attached to your despatch email.

For international parcels, the same applies except the customer must organise the return shipping.

Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm your parcel has been received by us. Please allow 10 working days for returns to be processed.
