PDF sewing patterns are digital and the file(s) are available to download instantly after purchase from your Minerva account. They are not a physical product and you won’t receive anything in the post. 

Once you have completed your order, you will see your order details on the screen and links to download the PDF pattern files. You can also download your digital PDF patterns from the ‘downloads’ section of your website account.

The format your digital pattern is available in (i.e. A4, A0 or projector files) will vary by brand and this information is clearly listed in the pattern product details before purchase.

We recommend using Adobe Reader (free to download) on a PC, not a mobile device, to open and print your files at the correct scale.

Please remember that due to the nature of instant digital PDF downloads, if you have started to download the pattern (e.g. by clicking on the link), the right to return is limited even if you haven’t opened the downloaded files.
