To order a Minerva Gift Card, simply select the value you would like to order, we offer £10, £20, £50, £100 and £200 denominations. You will not receive a physical Gift Card in the post, you are ordering an electronic gift card.

We offer a service to send the gift card information by email to a friend/loved one at a date and time of your choosing. Alternatively we offer a service where you can print the gift card information off on your computer after the order has been placed.

When redeeming Gift Cards, the code stated on the gift card will need to be entered on the shopping basket page online. Gift Cards may be used more than once until the full amount has been spent.

Gift Cards must be redeemed within 365 days from date of purchase. Any balance remaining after this time will be deducted and void. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional coupon codes and they cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one Gift Card can be redeemed per order and they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Minerva cannot accept responsibility if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, corrupted, destroyed, deleted or used without permission.
