Hi I'm Stephanie. I have a mild fabric obsession, a solid set of sewing skills and an embarrassingly horrific wardrobe. Because of this, I have decided that for my 39th year I would work on curating and creating a wardrobe that actually fits me properly so I can walk into my forties feeling great in my clothes. During this challenge I am allowed to refashion existing or thrift-ed garments or sew things from scratch but it all has to be done on the cheap. At the end of this challenge - my fortieth birthday and hopefully a stunning dress and a fun party. Since I'm turning 40 in 2020 I feel like that warrants some kind of 20's theme birthday party don't you? 20's version 2.0!
