I see lots of Kielo dresses but not so many jumpsuits. I love a jumpsuit and I feel really comfortable in this one in stretch crush velvet. Comfortable in a stretchy sense but also comfortable in a confident way that sometimes I don't feel in a full on evening dress.
You can tie Kielo either at the front or the back and in order to get it on and off there is a long split at the back closed with a button. If you don't think you have the dexterity to do up a button blin, you could use a press stud or even a little velcro tab.
