Hi, my first passion has to be sewing which I've been doing for the past 50 years, I can lose myself in whatever project I’m making and find this is a wonderful way to relax. My second passion is dancing, rock’n’roll, lindy hop and ballroom with my husband also going to 1940’s dances. This feeds into my passion for sewing as it’s so nice to dance in a dress that I’ve made. As I’m only 4’11, patterns don’t usually fit but I enjoy the challenge of making adjustments to fit my shape and find it extremely satisfying when you have a beautiful fitted garment to wear.
