I've been learning to sew since childhood. I began by watching my Mother sew for herself, my sister and me. I used to collect her scraps and make clothes for my dolls. When I was a teenager I was given my first sewing machine and from that time on I have always made alot of my own clothes. In addition to dressmaking I also enjoy making quilts, soft furnishings, soft toys and bags. I enjoy challenging myself to try new things and am always looking for the next opportunity to learn.
