I'm a fifty-something lifetime dabbler in various textile and mixed media arts. Wife to a wonderful man for 32+ years and Mom of two adult children. For the last 30 years I have known that I am living with an inherited degenerative neurological disease which affects both cognitive and motor skills as well as balance. Using my hobbies as a way to keep these skills as sharp as possible for as long as possible is one of my all time goals.
