Sewing my own clothes has always been a dream of mine but some failed projects led me to believe it would never be a reality. I tended to choose projects out of my skill level and rushed through without planning. Sewing took a back seat to other projects but the idea of a me-made wardrobe had a hold of me and wouldn't let go. About two years ago I came across a beginner sewing project for a simple wrap skirt. It was so accessible and with clear and well-worded instructions from a blogger. That gave me the confidence to try sewing again! I'm so glad I did because it has boosted my self-confidence and I've been able to make things I would never have dreamed possible before. Sewing has taken over my life in the best way! When I'm not working on a sewing project I'm dreaming of working on my latest project (or two).
