This month we're putting your favourite fabrics in the spotlight in our sewing challenge.

Introducing the #MyFaveFabric challenge

This May we want you to share your favourite fabric finds in our #MyFaveFabric challenge. It might be the fabric you have picked out for your next challenge or it could be something that you've been scared too cut into because it's just too nice! It might even be a fabric with a special meaning to you - maybe something gifted to you by friends or family. Whatever the story behind your fabric, we'd love to hear it. Most of all, we just want to see all your loveliest fabrics!

10 lucky winners who enter our challenge will win 3m of Minerva Exclusive EcoVero Viscose Challis in their choice of prints from our brand-new collection from @MelissaLowryDesign, which launches on the 26th May. It's a super chance to be among the first makers to try this gorgeous floral range.

RULES TO ENTER

1) To enter, simply share a photo (or multiple photos) or video of a fabric from your stash that you absolutely love.

2) Tell us all about it! We'd love to hear why this fabric is so special and what you would like to sew with it. If you don't have any sewing plans yet, why not ask the Minerva community for their project ideas?

3) Add the hashtag #MyFaveFabric into either the post or comments to enter your project in the competition.

4) Share your post on Minerva by the end of May 2026.

Please note; You can enter multiple times with different fabrics and each one will class as an entry (just be sure to use the hashtag #MyFaveMakes on each one).
