Here is #stylearc #bonnie in view B. I really like that you get two views on this pattern. View A is a vest top and clearly for summer use but I like the transitional feel of View B. I wore this with a cardigan yesterday and it was ideal.
The fabric is a #rollendsale remnant (I thought I had used them all!) but I found this piece which was just under a metre. It did mean that I had to cut the front into two but with such a small print like #popcornjelly it doesn't disturb the front at all - it looks like it is supposed to be like that.
When making view B I find I can size down from View A because the style has more ease. I can also get it on and off without functional buttonholes so the buttons are just sewn on the back. You can really stretch your legs with View A in terms of fabric choice but for View B you really want to be picking something with drape to help the sleeve detail do its thing. This is a Minerva Exclusive viscose challis but all types of crepe, gauze, viscose blends or silk will also do the trick.
