Latest #bag project! I've been working on this for weeks, going slowly due to health difficulties, so I'm glad to be done!

I've made this pattern before but this time I shrank it by a few inches in every direction, to make a more compact bag. This did have the unfortunate side effect of making it difficult to get the proportions right (especially inside) and made the outside pockets a bit smaller than is really usable!

But I think it turned out really cute - I love the combination of this leafy canvas fabric with the bright pink and gold accents.
I added a zip to the outer front pocket, a clasp to the flap for security, and an inner velcro pouch for a phone pocket. I also added an extra section to the straps so they could be made longer than the pattern allowed for.
