The fabric does fray so I serged each of the seams to finish.
Inseam:
Before stitching the inseam, I snipped out a triangle in the center crotch to reduce bulk. After snipping out this section, I serge the inseam edge to finish.
As a habit I like to stitch an inseam from the center of the crotch out, on each side. This construction approach helps keep a drapey fabric aligned.
I did want to note that the fabric does wrinkle easily. After I finished the pants, I found it easy to hang them by a couple of clipped pants hangers (from a shower rod). I have a steam setting on my iron so it was easy to steam the pants while hanging to get out the seams before wearing them. I did also press each seam after stitching.
Pockets:
I LOVE the pockets on each side of the pants. I did want to note if I made this pattern again with the same fabric, I would sew the pockets a little differently. The pockets are recommended to be sewn as a single layer (with the edges finished). There was a little too much drape in the final pockets so I would stitch a double layer of fabric together next time to better stabilize the pockets.
